Our services are not shared shuttle operations. Each booking is handled based on the specific needs of the client, ensuring a personalized and controlled experience.

2. Service Types

Standard Transfer

This service applies to direct, point-to-point transportation.

• Fixed route (Point A → Point B)

• No additional stops

• Limited waiting time

• 1–2 passengers

• Pre-arranged schedule

This option is ideal for airport transfers or simple routes.

Executive / Open Service

This service is designed for clients requiring flexibility and personalized attention.

• Multiple passengers (up to vehicle capacity)

• Flexible routes and possible stops

• Waiting time included

• Real-time adjustments during the trip

• Enhanced service experience

This type of service is typically used for corporate clients or travelers with dynamic schedules.

Customized Service

For complex or extended transportation needs.

• Multiple destinations

• Open itinerary

• Hourly or full-day availability

3. Passenger & Luggage Policy

Passenger capacity depends on vehicle space, comfort, and luggage volume.

• Up to 3 passengers may be accommodated in one trip, depending on luggage.

• Excess luggage may require service adjustments or additional vehicles.

iTravel reserves the right to determine capacity to ensure safety and comfort.

4. Private vs Shared Service

iTravel operates as a private transportation provider, not as a shared shuttle service.

• Passengers traveling together (e.g., families or groups) are treated as a single private booking.

• If passengers are from different bookings, all parties must agree to share the ride.

• In such cases, a minimum fee per passenger applies.

This ensures fairness, organization, and service quality.

5. Pricing Structure

Rates vary depending on the nature of the service:

• Standard Transfers: Base rate for direct trips

• Executive Services: Higher rates due to flexibility, waiting time, and additional service elements

• Customized Services: Quoted individually
